Alpine Mule


  • 100 ml Alpine Sky     
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Dash of simple syrup
  • Ginger beer
  • Lime and mint to garnish


  • Add Alpine Sky, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice
  • Shake and strain into a highball (or copper mug) with ice
  • Top up with ginger beer
  • Garnish with wedge of lime and mint sprig
