Skytini
Ingredients
- 100 ml Alpine Sky
- 1 tsp. Pine honey (or any other honey / syrup)
- 25 ml Verjus (non-alcoholic unsweetened grape or apple juice)
- Slice of apple
Method
- Add Alpine Sky, honey and verjus into shaker
- Shake without ice to dissolve honey
- Add ice to shaker
- Stir or shake according to your preference
- Strain into chilled martini glass
- Garnish with slice of apple
