Clear Sky
Our go to refreshing drink – great at the end of a long day when refreshment is the name of the game!
Ingredients
- 100 ml Alpine Sky
- Juice from 1/4 lime
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
- Mint, lime and rosemary sprig for garnish
- Tonic
Method
– Add Alpine Sky to Gin goblet with lots of ice
– Squeeze 1/4 lime into glass
– Top up with your favorite tonic
– Add dash of Angosturas
– Garnish with mint, rosemary and lime
